Rockets Host Spurs in I-10 Rivalry Season Finale

The Rockets welcome the Spurs to Toyota Center on Friday night. San Antonio has been playing great basketball. Houston needs to come ready to play. The friendly confines of home should provide the Rockets with enough of a boost to get by the Spurs. Houston needs to retain the grasp on the 3-seed. The team chasing them, Portland, has the tiebreaker. Every game is extremely important and influential in playoff seeing. With 10 regular season contests left, the Rockets still have work to do. Houston looks to kick off this final stretch with a win over the Spurs in the battle between interstate rivals. After last game, the Rockets need to prove they’re ready to play. Tonight and especially during the playoffs.
James Harden’s Sun Devils lost today in the NCAA Tournament. Look for Harden to play with extra motivation, and possibly drop another 50-points. His historic season should continue in fashion on Friday night. The Spurs are not even close to as good a team as they are in San Antonio. It’s time for the Rockets to give ‘em the boot out of Houston.
